KONE Engineering and Construction Company Limited have been involved in several projects in Hong Kong. Our aim is to connect qualified trades workers with the respective project to enhance the efficiency of production on site.

Site management and coordination: In order to effectively manage and coordinate workers on site, we will arrange our site coordinators to be frequently available on site for the assistance of our clients and workers. Furthermore, our site coordinator and recruiters will visit the site and carefully analyze the type of work being conducted on site in order reflect and carefully arrange the suitable type of workers. Compliance with safety rules and regulation is the forefront of KONE, we prioritize the health and safety of workers for a systematic workforce on site. To achieve this, our site coordinators will conduct tool box talk every morning to remind workers on the safety protocols at work site.

Labour Supply Since our establishment we have provided assistance in deep foundation projects such as diaphragm wall, bored pile, cladding works such as glass façade installation, panel installation, marine works such as marine DCM and marine bored pile, tunnel and confined space works, and bridge works.
